I help leaders move from intention to transformation.

I’m Leslie Marant. I speak, advise, and partner with institutions when the stakes are high, the moment is messy, and leadership has to get real.

My work lives at the intersection of equity, power, and possibility. I deliver results that leaders can actually measure.

I’m not here to inspire for inspiration’s sake. I help leaders change how they think, move, and lead.

WHAT I BRING

Turning Change-Resistant Spaces Into Equity-Driven Powerhouses, One Bold Move at a Time

As the first Chief DEI Officer for the Philadelphia Police Department, I led strategy inside one of the most change-resistant institutions in the country. That experience sharpened my skills and proved they hold under pressure. I’ve served as Chief Counsel to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and partnered across sectors with leaders who are serious about doing the real work.

In every room, I bring truth, structure, and results.

Whether I’m on stage, in the boardroom, or deep in strategy development, I help organizations stop performing equity and start practicing it — with clarity, integrity, and measurable momentum.

Ditching Lip Service for Leadership: Fueling Change with Courage and Craft, Not Just Talk.

Because culture shifts don’t happen by accident. Because people deserve leaders who are both brave and skilled. Because impact without integrity doesn’t last.

Leadership should be human. Strategy should be honest. And change should be possible.

I work with people who believe that too.
